Steve became a funeral celebrant after retiring from a Radio broadcasting career of 40 years where he managed radio stations in New Zealand and Australia. He also hosted radio sports shows and rugby commentaries and this year hosted sponsor lounges for the Chiefs Super Rugby franchise.
Steve studied with NZ Funeral Celebrants and has conducted services from 15 to 300 attendees.

“ I work hard to present a service that truly reflects the person and they are farewelled in the way their family wants them remembered for.”

Steve’s interests include fishing, rugby union, horse racing, gardening and music. He is on the Board of the Waikato racing Club and Fishing Coordinator at the HWMC.
