As a family we would like to put in a statement of recognition in regards to the outstanding service that was provided by your funeral director Riki Dodunski-Park.
The guidance and advice Riki gave us in the days following Nana's passing was truly amazing. A seemingly complex process that was completely new to us all was made to be so simple by Riki's constant reassurance and support.
At a time when we were struggling and grieving, Riki was so warm and comforting. She instilled us with confidence at a time when we needed it most and we had full trust that she was going to support us to create an amazing service for our Nana. Which she absolutely did. The service was perfect and everything Nana would have wanted. We lost count of how many people came up to us afterwards commenting on what a lovely service it was.
Throughout the entire process Riki made us feel so welcomed and that no task was too difficult, accommodating to all of our needs and requests. Her attention to detail in every aspect of the service continually amazed us, from the perfectly chosen pictures in the memorial book to the beautiful service sheets she made.
Riki’s extensive knowledge and professionalism was outstanding, especially seeing she has only been in her position for such a short period of time. Her comforting approach has left a lasting impression on our family, significantly helping to ease the grieving process.
We appreciate you taking the time to read this as we believe it is important to highlight what an asset Riki is to your team, she exceeded all of our expectations and we know she will continue to deliver this high quality service to all families in the future.

Anne-Marie our celebrant did a spectacular job with her delivery, patience, kindness, laughter and presentation it was above and beyond. She truly captured the cheekiness of our grandmother, adding smiles and laughter to our faces which is exactly what GG did.
I’d like to also take this moment to thank all of your team who cared for GG who we didn’t meet, from picking her up from Maeroa Lodge to placing her to rest. Thank you for everything you do.
